Latest Food Prices in Jakarta, DKI: What's the Price of Onions?

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (29/12/2024) at 14:19 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include premium rice, broiler chicken, garlic bulbs, medium rice, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk wheat flour, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), fine iodized salt, pure beef, and red chili peppers decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red onion prices increased the most, by Rp3,680 (8.0%) to Rp49,660 per kg. Fine iodized salt prices decreased the most sharply, by Rp830 (6.62%) to Rp11,700 per kg.
