Food Prices in DKI Jakarta Today, How Much is Beef?

Prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Tuesday (August 19, 2025) at 10:17 AM WIB, out of 21 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased.

Commodities with price increases include curly red chili, garlic bulb, medium rice, red cayenne pepper, and large red chili.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as milkfish, shallots, packaged cooking oil, consumption salt, and bulk wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red cayenne pepper jumped the highest by Rp4,643 (10.83%) to Rp47,500 per kg. The price of imported dried soybean seeds dropped the deepest by Rp9,600 (100.0%) to Rp0 per kg.
