Daily Prices of Low-Quality Grade II Rice in Modern Markets, March 2024-2025

Latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of low-quality grade II rice in modern markets in Bangka Belitung Islands Province is recorded at Rp15,150 per kg. This price remains unchanged compared to the previous day, as well as the price trend over the last week.

Regarding the price over the last month, the daily price of low-quality grade II rice in modern markets has not changed from the previous record of Rp15,150 per kg.

Meanwhile, the daily price of low-quality grade II rice in modern markets in Bangka Belitung Islands Province over the last three months has shown a 0% decrease. According to historical food price records in the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of low-quality grade II rice in modern markets in Bangka Belitung Islands Province is traded at Rp15,150 per kg.

The record high for the daily price of low-quality grade II rice in modern markets in this province was previously recorded in May 2024 with an increase of 22.58%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in March 2020 with a decrease of -5.64%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Bangka Belitung Islands Province show four commodities decreased and 17 others increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are Beef, Premium Quality Granulated Sugar, Grade I Super Rice, and Grade 1 Beef.
