Lampung Food Prices Wednesday (December 4th): What's the Price of Onions?

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (4/12/2024) at 11:09 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include bulk cooking oil, granulated sugar, red chilies, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, SPHP rice, mackerel, milkfish, and dry soybean (import) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp4,320 (14.61%), reaching Rp33,880 per kg. Meanwhile, shallots experienced the sharpest price drop of Rp1,200 (3.34%), reaching Rp34,760 per kg.
