In 2023, the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sector in Tanggamus Regency recorded a value of Rp7.52 trillion, ranking first among the 17 sectors. This sector grew by 1.27% compared to the previous year's figure of Rp7.02 trillion.
Second is the wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles sector, which grew by 9.93% to Rp2.41 trillion. Third is the transportation and warehousing sector, which grew by 15.33% to Rp1.47 trillion.
Finally, completing the top five is the mining and quarrying sector with a value of Rp1.32 trillion. According to BPS, this sector grew by 3.97% over the past year from the previous achievement of Rp1.36 trillion.
