Bali Food Prices Saturday (September 14th): Rice and Salt Prices Drop

The price of several food commodities in Bali today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (14/9/2024) at 13.13 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are skipjack tuna, chicken eggs, shallots, and dry soybeans (import).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as chicken meat, bulk wheat flour, red chilies, curly red chilies, and iodized fine salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Dry soybean (import) prices increased the most by Rp290 (2.84%) to Rp10,500 per kg. Curly red chili prices decreased the most sharply by Rp540 (2.23%) to Rp23,630 per kg.
