Current Food Prices in Aceh: Sugar and Egg Prices Drop

The price of several food commodities in Aceh today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Thursday (30/5/2024) at 18.13 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged simple cooking oil, skipjack tuna, Indian mackerel, garlic bulbs, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, shallots, granulated sugar, bulk cooking oil, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Skipjack tuna experienced the highest price increase of Rp450 (1.66%) to Rp27,540 per kg. Milkfish had the lowest price decrease of Rp1,080 (3.07%) to Rp34,070 per kg.
