Current Food Prices in Aceh: Salt Prices Up, Red Chili Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (6/4/2025) at 14:34 WIB, out of 24 commodities, 15 commodities increased in price and 5 decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include skipjack tuna, packaged wheat flour, garlic bulbs, broiler chicken, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, pure beef, Minyakita, large red chilies, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of milkfish saw the highest increase, jumping Rp1,631 (4.17%) to Rp40,756 per kg. The price of large red chilies saw the sharpest decrease, falling Rp5,000 (11.11%) to Rp40,000 per kg.
