Today's Food Prices in Central Java: Decreases in Oil and Chicken Prices

The prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 15:21 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 4 commodities increased in price and 16 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price are shallots, iodized fine salt, red chilies, and curly red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), mackerel fish, dry soybean seeds (import), red onions, and SPHP rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp2,370 (3.93%), reaching Rp62,610 per kg. Packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) experienced the sharpest price drop of Rp200 (1.67%), reaching Rp11,810 per kg.
