Food Prices on Tuesday (September 17th) in Yogyakarta Special Region: Beef Prices Increase

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta Special Region today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (17/9/2024) at 10:36 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include iodized fine salt, garlic bulbs, bulk wheat flour, mackerel fish, and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, chicken eggs, red chilies, medium rice, and dry soybean (import) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices increased the most by Rp2,990 (9.49%) to Rp34,500 per kg. Meanwhile, shallots decreased the most by Rp1,710 (7.76%) to Rp20,320 per kg.
