Current Food Prices in South Sumatra Region, What is the Price of Beef?

The prices of several food commodities in South Sumatra today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (12/7/2024) at 13.52 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include milkfish, garlic bulbs, bulk cooking oil, red chilies, and curly red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, SPHP rice, premium rice, shallots, and broiler chicken have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp1,270 (2.62%), reaching Rp49,760 per kg. Broiler chicken experienced the sharpest price drop of Rp440 (1.31%), reaching Rp33,270 per kg.
