Lampung Food Price Update Today: Chicken Price Up, Cooking Oil Price Down (Monday, January 22, 2024)

Prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (22/1/2024) at 10:24 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are broiler chicken, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), chicken eggs, milkfish, and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, red chilies, farmer-level corn, skipjack tuna, and bulk wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Broiler chicken prices increased the most by Rp830 (2.51%) to Rp33,910 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of Indian mackerel decreased the most by Rp1,470 (4.51%) to Rp31,090 per kg.
