Jambi Region Food Prices Today: Chili Prices Up, Chicken Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (23/7/2024) at 12:33 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 5 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are shallots, red chilies, curly red chilies, and SPHP rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken, skipjack tuna, milkfish, chicken eggs, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp910 (2.47%) to Rp37,810 per kg. Milkfish prices decreased the most, by Rp1,540 (5.3%) to Rp27,500 per kg.
