South Kalimantan Food Price List Today: Rice, Salt, and Onion Prices Increase (Sunday, January 21, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in South Kalimantan today are observed to be higher compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (21/1/2024) at 10:50 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 15 commodities increased in price and 5 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include dry soybean (import), mackerel, shallots, pure beef, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, bulk wheat flour, granulated sugar, skipjack tuna, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt experienced the highest price increase of IDR 500 (5.28%) to IDR 9,970 per kg. The price of milkfish saw the lowest decrease of IDR 2,630 (8.35%) to IDR 28,860 per kg.

6. Broiler Chicken: IDR 38,020 per kg (up 3.48%)
7. Garlic Bulb: IDR 37,810 per kg (up 1.07%)
8. Skipjack Tuna: IDR 33,500 per kg (down 4.12%)
9. Milkfish: IDR 28,860 per kg (down 8.35%)
10. Chicken Eggs: IDR 28,500 per kg (up 1.21%)
