Latest Food Prices in Aceh: Red Chili and Salt Prices Drop

Prices of several food commodities in Aceh today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (11/8/2025) at 3:04 PM WIB, out of 24 commodities, 7 increased and 14 decreased.

Commodities with price increases include skipjack tuna, bulk cooking oil, broiler chicken meat, pure beef, and Minyakita.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as consumption salt, red cayenne pepper, shallots, large red chili, and curly red chili decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Skipjack tuna saw the highest increase of Rp679 (1.97%) to Rp35,220 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of large red chili experienced the sharpest drop of Rp15,000 (23.08%) to Rp50,000 per kg.
