Today's Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Sugar and Onion Prices Rise

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (10/4/2025) at 17:52 WIB, out of 22 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include shallot cloves, chicken eggs, bulk wheat flour, shallots, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as curly red chilies, large red chilies, kembung fish, packaged cooking oil, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots experienced the highest price increase, jumping Rp3,862 (7.78%) to Rp53,529 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of table salt saw the sharpest decrease, dropping Rp638 (4.97%) to Rp12,206 per kg.
