Current Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Red Chili, Onion, and Chicken Meat Prices Rise

Prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data as of Monday (20/10/2025) at 12:14 PM WIB, out of 21 commodities, 13 commodities increased and 5 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include broiler chicken meat, bulk cooking oil, curly red chili, skipjack tuna, and unpeeled garlic.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour, bulk wheat flour, consumption sugar, broiler chicken eggs, and Minyakita decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red bird's eye chili saw the highest increase of Rp1,875 (4.05%) to Rp48,125 per kg. Meanwhile, packaged wheat flour prices saw the sharpest decrease of Rp169 (1.37%) to Rp12,125 per kg.
