The daily price of Grade 1 beef at DKI Jakarta Province's modern markets has decreased by 14.88% over the past month.

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of Grade 1 beef in modern markets in DKI Jakarta Province is recorded at Rp220,150 per kg. This price is unchanged from the previous day and the last week.

Compared to the last month, the daily price of Grade 1 beef in modern markets has decreased from Rp258,650 per kg.

The daily price of Grade 1 beef in modern markets in DKI Jakarta over the last three months has decreased by 14.88%. According to historical food price records in the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of Grade 1 beef in modern markets in DKI Jakarta Province was traded at Rp258,650 per kg.

The highest recorded price increase for daily Grade 1 beef in modern markets in this province was in June 2023, with an increase of 63.19%, and the lowest decrease was also recorded in June 2023, with a decrease of -38.61%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in DKI Jakarta show 11 commodities decreased and 18 increased. The sembako with decreased prices are Chicken Meat, Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1, Grade 2 Beef, Fresh Layer Chicken Meat, Cooking Oil, Beef, Medium-Sized Garlic, Garlic, Medium-Sized Shallots, Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 2, and Grade 1 Beef.

The following are the prices of nine basic commodities monitored by PIHPS today compared to the price changes over the last month in DKI Jakarta Province:

9. Lower I Grade Rice per kg: Rp14,950 (up 5.65%)
10. Red Chili per kg: Rp110,950 (up 62.21%)
11. Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1 per kg: Rp21,650 (down 8.65%)
12. Grade 2 Beef per kg: Rp165,450 (down 7.93%)
