Bali Food Prices on Friday (April 11th): Red Chili Prices Up, Chili Peppers Down

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Friday (11/4/2025) at 10:04 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 15 commodities increased in price and 8 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include dried soybean (import), packaged cooking oil, table salt, Minyakita, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, pure beef, farmer-level corn, bulk cooking oil, and packaged wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish experienced the highest price increase at Rp4,667 (13.21%), reaching Rp40,000 per kg. Packaged wheat flour saw the largest price decrease at Rp320 (2.68%), reaching Rp11,600 per kg.
