Lampung's Latest Food Prices: Chili Prices Rise, Chicken Prices Fall

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Tuesday (12/11/2024) at 11.07 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 12 commodities increased in price and 8 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include wheat flour (bulk), granulated sugar, mackerel, medium-grain rice, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, premium rice, bulk cooking oil, chicken eggs, and garlic cloves decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of milkfish saw the highest increase, jumping Rp1,530 (5.7%) to Rp28,350 per kg. The price of corn at the farmer level saw the sharpest decrease, dropping Rp130 (2.71%) to Rp4,660 per kg.
