Today's Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Red Chilies Up, Rice Down

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (6/4/2025) at 10:51 WIB, out of 22 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include curly red chilies, large red chilies, kembung fish, chicken eggs, and garlic bulbs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as table salt, granulated sugar, tongkol fish, red chilies, and medium-grain rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp4,328 (6.81%), reaching Rp67,857 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of SPHP rice saw the sharpest decrease of Rp12,000 (100.0%), reaching Rp0 per kg.
