Aceh Region Food Prices Friday (5/7): Chili, Beef, and Egg Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (5/7/2024) at 14:41 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged simple cooking oil, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), granulated sugar, milkfish, and iodized fine salt.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as Indian mackerel, dry soybean (import), bulk wheat flour, shallots, and chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Packaged simple cooking oil saw the highest price increase of Rp370 (2.01%) to Rp18,790 per liter. Meanwhile, Indian mackerel experienced the sharpest price drop of Rp1,190 (2.78%) to Rp41,590 per kg.
