Latest Food Prices in DKI Jakarta, How Much is Red Chili Price?

Prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to be lower compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (October 17, 2025) at 12:14 PM WIB, out of 21 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased.

Commodities with price increases are mackerel, medium rice, broiler chicken meat, bulk cooking oil, and red bird's eye chili.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as bulk wheat flour, skipjack tuna, packaged wheat flour, broiler eggs, and garlic cloves decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red bird's eye chili commodity surged the highest by Rp883 (1.83%) to Rp49,118 per kg. Meanwhile, garlic cloves price dropped the deepest by Rp1,029 (2.48%) to Rp40,500 per kg.

6. Shallots: Rp45,882 per kg (down 0.64%)
7. Skipjack Tuna: Rp45,667 per kg (down 1.44%)
8. Mackerel: Rp42,667 per kg (up 0.79%)
9. Garlic Cloves: Rp40,500 per kg (down 2.48%)
10. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp39,667 per kg (up 1.36%)
