Yogyakarta Special Region Food Prices, Saturday, October 12th: What's the Price of Beef?

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta Special Region today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (12/10/2024) at 09.46 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include red chilies, bulk wheat flour, SPHP rice, mackerel, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, premium rice, medium rice, packaged (non-bulk) wheat flour, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt saw the highest price increase of Rp930 (7.93%), reaching Rp12,660 per kg. Shallots experienced the largest price drop of Rp2,160 (9.15%), reaching Rp21,440 per kg.
