Sumatera Selatan Food Prices, Wednesday (June 26th): What's the Price of Onions?

The prices of several food commodities in South Sumatra today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Wednesday (26/6/2024) at 10:36 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 15 commodities increased in price and 5 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include SPHP rice, dry soybean (import), packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), milkfish, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chili, granulated sugar, bulk wheat flour, curly red chili, and simple packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Skipjack tuna experienced the highest price increase, up Rp580 (2.14%) to Rp27,660 per kg. Bulk wheat flour saw the sharpest price decrease, down Rp210 (2.3%) to Rp8,930 per kg.
