Today's Food Prices (Feb 11) in Bali: Soybean Prices Drop

Some food commodity prices in Bali today were observed to drop compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Wednesday (February 11, 2026) at 1:56 PM WIB, out of 16 commodities, 2 commodities increased in price and 5 decreased.

The commodities that increased in price are red cayenne pepper and Honan garlic.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as wheat flour, imported soybeans, bulk granulated sugar, premium rice, and medium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Honan garlic prices jumped the highest by Rp1,083 (3.17%) to Rp35,250 per kg. Imported soybean prices dropped the most by Rp750 (5.26%) to Rp13,511 per kg.
