Yogyakarta Special Region Food Prices Friday (February 7th): Cooking Oil Up, Chilies Down

The price of several food commodities in Yogyakarta Special Region today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Friday (07/02/2025) at 13:35 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include premium rice, Minyakita, packaged wheat flour, bulk wheat flour, and garlic bulbs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, packaged cooking oil, large red chilies, SPHP rice, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Packaged wheat flour experienced the highest price increase of Rp260 (2.25%) to Rp11,800 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of curly red chilies decreased the most sharply by Rp2,644 (4.56%) to Rp55,333 per kg.
