Bali Food Price Update Today: Prices of Cooking Oil, Rice, and Beef Fall (Friday, March 22, 2024)

The price of several food commodities in Bali today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Friday (22/3/2024) at 11:31 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are garlic bulbs, livestock-grade corn, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), shallots, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as chicken meat, medium rice, pure beef, premium rice, and fine iodized salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Livestock-grade corn experienced the highest price increase of Rp640 (8.74%) to Rp7,960 per kg. Red chili peppers saw the lowest price decrease of Rp1,120 (2.42%) to Rp45,100 per kg.
