The price of Super II quality rice in Southeast Sulawesi is Rp 25,200 per kg (Tuesday, October 3, 2023)

The National Strategic Food Price Information Center recorded an average daily price of Rp 15,250 per kg for Super II quality rice in modern markets across several provinces as of Tuesday, October 3, 2023. Overall, the average this week increased compared to last week's average of Rp 15,190 per kg.

The daily price of Super II quality rice in modern markets in Southeast Sulawesi was the highest in Indonesia at Rp 25,200 per kg. Compared to last month, the price of Super II quality rice in this province is lower; previously it was recorded at Rp 33,600 per kg.

Meanwhile, in modern markets in West Sumatra, Super II quality rice was sold at Rp 18,400 per kg, making it the second most expensive in the country.

Following in third place, the price of Super II quality rice in Banten was Rp 17,900 per kg, Bengkulu Rp 17,350 per kg, and North Kalimantan Rp 16,500 per kg.

Meanwhile, 21 provinces had Super II quality rice prices below the national average. The three provinces with the lowest selling prices for Super II quality rice were East Java, South Kalimantan, and West Sulawesi.
