Complete List of Food Prices in Central Java Today, What's the Price of Chili Peppers? (Thursday, January 18, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Thursday (18/1/2024) at 13.01 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased in price and 11 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include dry soybean (import), premium rice, simple packaged cooking oil, medium rice, and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk wheat flour, red chili peppers, iodized fine salt, curly red chilies, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of garlic bulbs saw the highest increase, jumping by Rp530 (1.5%) to Rp35,970 per kg. The price of red chili peppers saw the lowest decrease, dropping by Rp3,200 (7.15%) to Rp41,530 per kg.
