Lampung Food Prices on Saturday (August 3rd): What's the Price of Chili Peppers?

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Saturday (August 3, 2024) at 08.01 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 9 commodities increased in price and 12 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), garlic bulbs, simple packaged cooking oil, farmer-level corn, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as medium rice, pure beef, SPHP rice, fine iodized salt, and premium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices surged the highest by Rp2,950 (10.91%) to Rp30,000 per kg. The price of mackerel decreased the most sharply by Rp5,280 (16.61%) to Rp26,500 per kg.
