10 Provinces with the Highest Garlic Prices (Monday, February 21, 2022)

The National Strategic Food Price Information Center recorded an average daily price of garlic (per kg) in modern markets in several provinces reaching Rp 37,020 per kg, data as of Monday, February 21, 2022. Overall, the average this week increased compared to the previous week's average of Rp 36,900 per kg.

The daily price of garlic in modern markets in Central Sulawesi was the most expensive in Indonesia at Rp 43,700 per kg. Compared to a month ago, the price of garlic in this province is lower. Previously, it was recorded at Rp 48,700 per kg.

Meanwhile, in West Papua's modern markets, garlic was sold at Rp 43,400 per kg, making it the second most expensive in the country.

Then, in third place, the price of garlic in Gorontalo was Rp 43,000 per kg, North Maluku Rp 42,700 per kg, and West Kalimantan Rp 39,500 per kg.

Meanwhile, there are seven provinces with garlic sales prices below the national average. The three provinces with the lowest garlic selling prices are North Sulawesi, Bangka Belitung Islands, and Jambi.
