Aceh Food Prices on Tuesday (July 23rd): Oil Prices Up, Onion Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Tuesday (23/7/2024) at 09.27 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include chicken eggs, pure beef, bulk wheat flour, fine iodized salt, and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as dry soybean (import), garlic bulb, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), granulated sugar, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of skipjack tuna saw the highest increase of Rp1,630 (6.03%) to Rp28,650 per kg. Red onion prices saw the sharpest decrease of Rp4,250 (13.71%) to Rp26,740 per kg.
