The Price of Fresh Broiler Chicken in East Nusa Tenggara is the Highest Nationally (Thursday, October 20, 2022)

The National Strategic Food Price Information Center recorded the average daily price of fresh broiler chicken (per kg) in modern markets in several provinces at Rp 41,930 per kg, data as of Thursday, October 20, 2022. Overall, the average this week decreased compared to last week's average of Rp 42,470 per kg.

The daily price of fresh broiler chicken in modern markets in East Nusa Tenggara was the most expensive in Indonesia, with a selling price of Rp 52,950 per kg. Compared to a month ago, the price of fresh broiler chicken in this province has not changed. The highest selling price ever recorded in this region was Rp 78,650 per kg.

Meanwhile, in modern markets in Jambi, the price of fresh broiler chicken was sold at Rp 51,150 per kg, making it the second most expensive in the country.

Then, in third place, the price of fresh broiler chicken in DKI Jakarta was Rp 51,000 per kg, Gorontalo Rp 48,450 per kg, and Bali Rp 47,750 per kg.

Meanwhile, there were 16 provinces with fresh broiler chicken sales prices below the national average. The three provinces with the lowest selling prices for fresh broiler chicken were North Sumatra, North Kalimantan, and West Sulawesi.
