The price of fresh, daily broiler chicken in Bengkulu Province's modern markets has decreased by 10.43% over the past month.

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of fresh broiler chicken in Bengkulu province's modern markets is recorded at Rp41,200 per kg. This price is unchanged from the previous day and the last week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of fresh broiler chicken in modern markets has decreased from Rp46,000 per kg.

Meanwhile, the daily price of fresh broiler chicken in modern markets in Bengkulu over the past three months has increased by 3.13% from the previous price of Rp39,950 per kg.

The highest price increase for daily fresh broiler chicken in modern markets in this province was previously recorded in October 2020 with an increase of 117.89%, and the lowest decrease was also recorded in October 2020 with a decrease of -53.48%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Bengkulu show nine commodities decreased and 17 others increased. The basic commodities with decreased prices are Chicken Meat, Fresh Broiler Chicken, Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1, Super II Quality Rice, Cooking Oil, Fresh Chicken Eggs, Chicken Eggs, Garlic, and Medium-Sized Garlic.

The following are the prices of basic commodities monitored by PIHPS today compared to price developments over the last month in Bengkulu province:

1. Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 2 per kg: Rp26,300 per kg (unchanged)
2. Chicken Meat per kg: Rp41,200 per kg (down 2.37%)
3. Fresh Broiler Chicken per kg: Rp41,200 per kg (down 10.43%)
4. Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1 per kg: Rp21,200 per kg (down 3.85%)
5. Lower Quality Rice I per kg: Rp15,350 per kg (up 0.33%)
6. Premium Quality Sugar per kg: Rp17,750 per kg (up 3.2%)
7. Rice per kg: Rp15,900 per kg (up 0.32%)
8. Super II Quality Rice per kg: Rp17,500 per kg (down 0.57%)
