Garlic Prices in Traditional Markets for the Period April 2025-2026

Quoting from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 11:44 WIB, the daily garlic price in traditional markets in Central Sulawesi province has not changed compared to the previous day, as has the price trend over the past week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily garlic price in traditional markets has increased from the previously recorded Rp48.5 thousand.

Meanwhile, the daily garlic price in traditional markets in Central Sulawesi over the past three months has increased by 11.5% from the previously traded Rp45.65 thousand.

The record increase in daily garlic prices in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in May 2019 with an increase of 26.19%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in May 2019 with a decrease of -44.12%.

According to the PIHPS monitoring, today's prices of nine staple foods (sembako) in Central Sulawesi show seven commodities have decreased and 22 others have increased. The sembako with decreased prices are Rice in Traditional Markets by Province, Low Quality I Rice, Low Quality II Rice, Medium Quality I Rice, Medium Quality II Rice, Super Quality I Rice and Super Quality II Rice.

4. Fresh Broiler Chicken Eggs per Kg daily in Traditional Markets by Province Rp31 thousand (up 1.64%)
5. Grade 2 Beef per Kg daily in Traditional Markets by Province Rp144.4 thousand (up 0.45%)
6. Red Chili per Kg daily in Traditional Markets by Province Rp46.2 thousand (up 27.1%)
7. Medium-sized Garlic per Kg Rp50.9 thousand (up 4.95%)
8. Chicken Eggs per Kg daily in Traditional Markets by Province Rp31 thousand (up 1.64%)
