The price of fresh chicken in traditional markets in West Java Province has decreased by 5.38% over the past month.

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of fresh broiler chicken in traditional markets in West Java Province is recorded at Rp35,150. This price is down Rp150 compared to the previous day.

Over the past month, the daily price of fresh broiler chicken in traditional markets has decreased from Rp37,150.

Meanwhile, the daily price of fresh broiler chicken in traditional markets in West Java over the past three months has increased by 3.53% from the previous record of Rp33,950.

The highest price increase for daily fresh broiler chicken in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in January 2021 with an increase of 15.59%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in January 2021 with a decrease of -13.54%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities today in West Java show nine commodities decreased and 18 others increased. Basic commodities with price decreases include Chicken Meat, Fresh Broiler Chicken, Beef, Grade 1 Beef, Grade 2 Beef, Chicken Eggs, Red Onion, Medium-Sized Red Onion, and Garlic.
