The average daily price of medium-sized red onions in traditional markets across Aceh Province has increased by 14.94% over the past month.

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 11:44 WIB, the daily price of medium-sized shallots in traditional markets in Aceh Province increased by Rp150 compared to the previous day, reaching Rp30,000.

Compared to the price over the past month, the daily price of medium-sized shallots in traditional markets has increased from Rp26,100.

Meanwhile, the daily price of medium-sized shallots in traditional markets in Aceh over the past three months has decreased by 48.94%. According to historical food price records on the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of medium-sized shallots in traditional markets in Aceh Province was traded at Rp58,750.

The record high for the daily price of medium-sized shallots in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in April 2024 with an increase of 19.26%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in June 2020 with a decrease of -10.21%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) in Aceh today show nine commodities decreased and six increased. Basic commodities with price decreases are Super I Quality Rice, Curly Red Chili, Chicken Eggs, Fresh Chicken Eggs, Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1, Cooking Oil, Red Chili, Rice, and Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 2.
