The price of medium-sized garlic in North Maluku is Rp 82,200 per kg (Friday, August 2, 2024).

The National Strategic Food Price Information Center recorded the average daily price of medium-sized garlic (per kg) in modern markets across several provinces at Rp 57,100 per kg, as of Friday, August 2, 2024. Overall, the average this week decreased compared to the previous week's average of Rp 57,930 per kg.

The daily price of medium-sized garlic in modern markets in North Maluku was the highest in Indonesia, with a selling price of Rp 82,200 per kg. Compared to a month ago, the price of medium-sized garlic in this province is higher. Previously, it was recorded at Rp 52,400 per kg.

Meanwhile, in modern markets in East Kalimantan, the price of medium-sized garlic was sold at Rp 77,450 per kg, making it the second most expensive in the country.

Then, in third place, the price of medium-sized garlic in Gorontalo was Rp 74,450 per kg, South Kalimantan Rp 69,900 per kg, and Yogyakarta Special Region Rp 67,350 per kg.

Meanwhile, there are 18 provinces with medium-sized garlic sales prices below the national average. The three provinces with the lowest selling prices for medium-sized garlic are West Sulawesi, Riau Islands, and North Kalimantan.
