Today's Food Prices (19/2) in Bali: Shallot and Bird's Eye Chili Prices Rise

Several food commodity prices in Bali today were observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Thursday (February 19, 2026) at 1:56 PM WIB, out of 16 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 2 decreased in price.

The commodities that saw price increases are red bird's eye chili, curly red chili, and shallots.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities such as large red chili and broiler chicken meat decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chili prices rose the most by Rp852 (2.2%) to Rp39,630 per kg. Meanwhile, large red chili prices fell the sharpest by Rp111 (0.34%) to Rp32,704 per kg.

6. Large Red Chili: Rp32,704 per kg (down 0.34%)
7. Shallots: Rp32,173 per kg (up 0.93%)
8. Broiler Eggs: Rp28,511 per kg (unchanged)
9. Packaged Premium Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,034 per liter (unchanged)
10. Bulk Palm Cooking Oil: Rp18,193 per liter (unchanged)
