Latest Food Prices in Lampung: Rice and Beef Prices Increase

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (9/6/2024) at 10:36 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 17 experienced price increases and 3 experienced price decreases.

Commodities that saw price increases include garlic bulbs, bulk cooking oil, milkfish, skipjack tuna, and granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as dry soybean (import), red chili peppers, and bulk wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The highest price increase was seen in livestock-level corn, rising by Rp500 (10.48%) to Rp5,270 per kg. The lowest price decrease was observed in red chili peppers, falling by Rp1,790 (4.62%) to Rp36,950 per kg.
