Latest Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Onions Up, Chilies Down (Sunday, February 11, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (11/2/2024) at 10:13 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are shallots, Indian mackerel, milkfish, bulk cooking oil, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red cayenne pepper, shallots, medium rice, premium rice, and packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish experienced the highest price increase of Rp12,150 (43.36%) to Rp40,170 per kg. Meanwhile, red cayenne pepper had the lowest price decrease of Rp8,650 (14.0%) to Rp53,130 per kg.
