Latest Food Prices in Bali: Egg Prices Rise, Red Chili Prices Fall

The prices of several food ingredients in Bali today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (October 18, 2025) at 10:23 AM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 18 commodities decreased.

Commodities with price increases include consumption sugar, broiler eggs, farmer-level corn, packaged wheat flour, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as curly red chili, pure beef, mackerel, red cayenne pepper, and dried soybean seeds (imported) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices increased the most by Rp500 (1.35%) to Rp37,500 per kg. Meanwhile, curly red chili prices decreased the most by Rp1,698 (3.62%) to Rp45,231 per kg.

6. Milkfish: Rp37,500 per kg (up 1.35%)
7. Red Cayenne Pepper: Rp32,211 per kg (down 2.39%)
8. Skipjack Tuna: Rp32,188 per kg (down 0.11%)
9. Shallots: Rp31,789 per kg (down 1.59%)
10. Garlic Bulb: Rp31,579 per kg (down 1.18%)
11. Broiler Eggs: Rp27,542 per kg (up 0.5%)
