Medium I Quality Rice Prices in Traditional Markets for the February 2025-2026 Period

Based on the latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS) panel, the daily price of Medium I quality rice in traditional markets of Bengkulu Province is recorded at Rp15,300. This price remains unchanged compared to the previous day, as well as in the past week's price movements.

Compared to the price three days ago, the daily Medium I quality rice price in traditional markets also showed no change from the previously recorded Rp15,300.

Meanwhile, the daily Medium I quality rice price in Bengkulu's traditional markets has decreased by 0.65% in the past three months. According to PIHPS's historical food price records, the daily Medium I quality rice price in Bengkulu Province's traditional markets was traded at Rp15,400.

The record increase in daily Medium I quality rice prices in this province was previously recorded in January 2021 with a 14.78% rise, and the lowest decrease was also recorded in January 2021 with a -12.45% drop.

According to PIHPS's monitoring, today's prices of nine staple foods (sembako) in Bengkulu show that 16 commodities have decreased and four have increased. The sembako with falling prices are Grade 2 Beef, Beef, Grade 1 Beef, Large Red Chili, Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1, Red Chili, Curly Red Chili, Bird's Eye Chili, Medium II Quality Rice, Garlic, Green Bird's Eye Chili, Medium-sized Shallots, Red Bird's Eye Chili, Shallots, Cooking Oil, and Low I Quality Rice.
