The Ministry of Finance reported that Rp212.4 trillion in regional government funds remained in banks as of July 2022. Although still high, this figure represents a 3.85% decrease from the previous month's Rp220.9 trillion.

By province, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has the highest balance in banks, at Rp7.33 trillion. The lowest is in the Riau Islands province, at Rp20 billion.
