Jambi Region Food Prices Saturday (12/10): Prices of Onions, Beef, and Eggs Increase

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (12/10/2024) at 10:33 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include bulk wheat flour, granulated sugar, chicken eggs, pure beef, and packaged (non-bulk) wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, milkfish, mackerel, red chilies, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices increased the most, by Rp580 (2.88%) to Rp20,700 per kg. Milkfish prices decreased the most, by Rp1,930 (6.91%) to Rp26,000 per kg.
