Today's Food Price List in Yogyakarta Special Region: Beef, Salt, and Onion Prices Drop (Friday, January 12, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta, D.I. today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Friday (12/1/2024) at 12:18 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include medium-grain rice, granulated sugar, broiler chicken, bulk cooking oil, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, bulk wheat flour, red chilies, curly red chilies, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest price increase of Rp640 (1.8%) to Rp36,210 per kg. Meanwhile, red chilies experienced the lowest price decrease of Rp10,140 (19.94%) to Rp40,720 per kg.
