Current Banten Region Food Prices: Chicken Prices Up, Salt Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (22/11/2024) at 12:06 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include mackerel, broiler chicken, medium rice, shallots, and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, SPHP rice, red chilies, premium rice, and broiler eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of skipjack tuna increased the most, by Rp1,410 (4.28%) to Rp34,360 per kg. The price of corn at the farmer level decreased the most, by Rp670 (8.35%) to Rp7,350 per kg.
