Bali's Daily Food Prices: Onion and Egg Prices Drop

The price of several food commodities in Bali today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (22/12/2024) at 10:56 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include granulated sugar, premium rice, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), broiler chicken, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, bulk cooking oil, fine iodized salt, SPHP rice, and garlic cloves decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp1,020 (2.4%) to Rp43,450 per kg. Meanwhile, curly red chilies experienced the sharpest price drop of Rp2,730 (8.67%) to Rp28,760 per kg.
