Jambi Food Price List Today: Sugar and Onion Prices Rise (Tuesday, January 30, 2024)

Food prices in Jambi today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Tuesday (30/1/2024) at 09.39 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include farmer-level corn, skipjack tuna, shallots, bulk cooking oil, and Indian mackerel.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, chicken eggs, dry soybean (import), broiler chicken, and garlic cloves decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest price increase, up Rp1,370 (5.49%) to Rp26,310 per kg. Milkfish had the lowest price decrease, down Rp3,490 (11.45%) to Rp27,000 per kg.
